Noah Kalina

Been a long time fan of Noah’s video’s, plus the magazine. This video is just too awesome. Noah does a fantastic job of color matching and making interesting profiles from a minimal mindset. Just too fantastic for words.

I’m very sorry that I have been away. This Web site has gotten too much neglect, and your readership is important. Over the next few weeks I’ll be refreshing the way we browse this Web site. Right now I want to continue making sure items are back up and running, and this Web site has been cleaned of all it’s malefactions. Baxter of California

After speaking with John over at Oakleaf & Acorn, he mentioned that he will be carrying a few products from the Baxter of California product line. I was pretty impressed by what they have to offer. I really love badger hair shave brushes, just because they look so delicate and masculine. John mentioned that the Baxter of California safety razor is amazing. I instantly went online to check it out, and I have to admit, this will be in my list of purchases shortly. If you have a few seconds, be a man and check out some amazing shave gear from Baxter of California and Oakleaf & Acorn.

Gremmie Skateboards

Gremmie Skateboards are some serious crafted goodies. With surf influence and classic appeal, these hand shaped beauties are made with the utmost of love from Kevin Skibba, owner and shaper. I love the paint job on these things, a really unique bevel to the bottom that makes them look more like a piece of art than anything else. Loved reading the article about these things on Thalia Surf. I hope you enjoyed it as well.

Steven Alan

I stumbled across this fantastic brand (Steven Alan) a while back. But before I dive into how amazing their fabrics are (since I seem to be a fabric connoisseur lately), these shirts do not come cheap, most of them range from $140 – $220 per garment. But I’ll admit, I’m saving up for a garment, particularly the one above (so don’t take it, yet). With a price tag similar to the well-hyped Band of Outsiders, it’s hard to make a decision between the two when the garments are in the same family of style & price tag. Both companies focus purely on fabric type, fit and vitality.

But without a doubt, you can see this reverse seam double gauze shirt is built for kings. Gauze is a pretty interesting material, over time it’ll contribute and hold mild creases, allowing you to get the sloppy look without actually being sloppy. Your shirt will become worn, but instead of color worn, it will be stretch worn. I strongly suggest browsing Steven Allen some more, you’ll surely be addicted.

Farm Tactics

I’m a firm believer in blank t-shirts, especially in the spring/summer. Wearing branded t-shirts is great and all, but sometimes you just feel like not being stapled to a certain style or cliche. But when I wear a blank t-shirt, I want it to be nice still. Farm Tactics is a company that’s been getting some good heat from Hypebeast, and Limited Hype.

The garments are soft, worn in, strategically stretched, and built with a nice heather fabric. Did a little bit of searching and it wasn’t long until I found some of the t-shirts available online. You can purchase this amazing shirt at Oakleaf & Acorn, for all of you guys out there. Side note, I’ve already purchased my shirts, so go wild on this one! My size has already been locked down. But these definitely look like a must have at only $32.00 per garment.
