The best wordpress plugin, no one uses

by Patrick Algrim

Recently I came across a beautiful looking blog. I was wondering in my mind, “Is that wordpress?” After doing some snooping around I figured out that it was a very nice wordpress theme, but that was not the part that astonished me. I had created an account and logged into the backend. I was amazed at how the backend looked. I don’t know if you have ever looked at the actual backend PHP files, but as a developer, it still confuses me!

Lets make this short, and sweet!

WP Tiger Administrator

The best wordpress plugin that no one uses! What does that mean? That means, that I often browse wordpress blogs and I truly love wordpress as a content management system. But the one flaw WAS the backend! Until now… I had to do some investigating, but the amazing people over at orderedlist.com created a plugin that completely skins the backend of wordpress. Now when your users sign up and login, they will have something beautiful to look at!

WP Tiger Administrator is the best plugin I have stumbled across yet! It is very simple to install, just like a regular wordpress plugin. Upload and activate!

  1. YGG has been sporting the Tiger Admin for a long time - great isn’t it?

  2. Nice going Eric! We are in a redesign for this site right now, poor poor Derek Punsalan themes must be torn up by me. :(
Something will be up soon. Hopefully a widely available wordpress theme as well, we will see. It is late, I hope I make sense.
