Tuesday Tracks: Inspiring video’s that went unnoticed

by Patrick Algrim

Sometimes great things go unappreciated. Inspiring video’s that should be examined more.

1. Muonics - Funky Forest

muonics1.jpgThis amazing little application allows users (people in the room) to interact with the room and virtual create an ecosystem. Just by moving their hand they are able create trees. The children are also able to move the water flow on the ground and much more. An amazing interactive phenomenon. The work of Munonics have quickly made an impact on me. If you have seen their video’s before, then you obviously understand.

2. Emily Gobeille

illus1.jpgA featured work done by zanyparade.com, this video shows amazing talent in illustration work & cinematography. You cannot deny that this video brings you back to a special place in your heart of when you were a young child. This mash-up of figures, cut outs, and colors sooths me yet is easy for my eye to be attracted enough to keep interest. The video is a must see, while it is short, it is very much so worth the inspiration.

3. Muonics - Vinyl Workout

muonics2.jpgAnother great movie developed by Muonics, you cannot deny that there is an amazing amount of creativity flowing through the minds of the Muonics. This great video shows how the human can control the speed of the record, by walking with the record in a circle. The speed of the humans walk determines the record speed. Amazing! Muonics keep me interested, since I had to feature another one of their video’s, I thought this one might be great for your hipsters who enjoy daft punk.
