Tuesday Tracks: Inspiration Station
Tuesday Tracks covers some of the best work I find to be inspirational during the beginning of the week. We are going to start posting Tuesday Tracks on Wednesday, due to the fact that we feel very strongly about letting this work sink in before we suggest it to our viewers.
Idealist – The Flybrary
This interesting bookshelf is perfect for those art-deco homes. What looks to be books flying in mid air is actually a set of books (hopefully beautiful graphic design and typography publications) being held by some hand-like hangers. This is very creative and I feel quite positive that if this object were available for purchasing, I would do so.
Jeremyville – Illustrations
Jeremyville is a collection of creative objects with some of the finest illustrations. I personally love the bubble-style of illustration that Jeremyville uses. They offer multiple products, including toys, bags, clothing and Darth Vader heads. My personal favorite is the printed skateboard deck. I will be covering where to find a skateboard deck printing company in the near future.
Creative Art – Fancy Photographs
Creative Art is a web site I literally stumbled upon. Coming across a random piece of work is always enjoyable and beneficial to the inspirer. When I came across these photographs there was one that stood out to me. I’m not sure what kind of advertisement this should be used for, but I think it should be used for something. Maybe a Viagra commercial where the ear tells the man to keep it up. Who knows?
