CXXVI Clothing is New York

Collected On Mar 17, 2010

CXXVI Clothing is getting some hype. You may have seen some posts on High Snobiety, Hypebeast, or a slew of others. But I happened to find these great people through SVPPLY. Produced by the wonderful fellows at Onetwentysix Design Studios these garments really speak to me. I love the hand-crafted one of a kind feel to garments. I love the vintage feel, and worn in beauty. It’s much harder to produce than you might think. As well as adding your own style and grace to the garment. But CXXVI pulls through fantastically with their collection. The small details really matter with the N.Y. Hoodie, like the lightly died orange tips to the ties. Bought mine on Monday, can’t wait to get it!

Check out more from their amazing collection.

Selectism Letterpress Coasters

Collected On Mar 17, 2010

The fellows over at Repeat Press put together some amazing coasters for Selectism. Watching this video is great, gives you a tingle of that printers lifestyle. I think the coasters turned out pretty great, I am a big fan of the Selectism logo. Love the top hat! Where’s my coasters fella’s?

Pater Baker’s Empty Spaces

Collected On Mar 11, 2010

Peter Baker’s Empty Spaces collection is pretty great. Why you might ask? Because I think it’s beautiful that someone goes out and finds composition anywhere. At anytime in our world there may be some lonely desk just hanging out in the middle of some forgotten space, and that my friend is composition. What a wonderful outlook on life.

Amaxing.fm

Collected On Mar 10, 2010

If your like me, and always searching for new tunes, then Amaxing.fm is for you. The Hype Machine is still one of my top Web sites to visit for new music. But Amaxing.fm is now bookmarked and visited often. New music is added almost on the daily, and I always find something I like.

Ray Barbee

Collected On Feb 27, 2010

Jazz that will do wonders for your soul

Ray Barbee is a professional skateboarder. But one with what I feel is an extremely large musical talent. I’m a big fan of jazz and blues. This urban style of jazz feels right at home to me. Almost a Brazilian inspired Bebel Gilberto feel with hip-hop breakdowns near the chorus line. I love this song and all of Ray Barbee’s musical works.
