Katherine Westerhout shoots destruction
Collected On Feb 15, 2010Katherine Westerhout has some serious photographs. I think the biggest thing that attracted me to the photograph above was the fact that it looked like ice. It looks like tons of snow and ice hanging from parts of the building, and it very well may be. But truly, I think it’s dust and particles from an old building. If the color of the photograph was mainly a blue tone, I think it would totally look like snow. I just love that kind of mind-play. Having something old and destructed look beautiful.
ILL-STUDIO on Mr L’Agent
Collected On Feb 12, 2010Some really amazing work to browse by Mr. L’Agent Creative Agency, all the artists are extremely talented. One group really struck my eye as something right up my alley. Love the work from ILL-STUDIO, can’t really get enough of this to be honest with you.

I’ve been enjoying some of these tunes this week and last. Enjoy. Oh and if you haven’t already checked it out, I started a little Tumblr for iPhone photographs. I miss photography. Also, if you haven’t already, follow me on Twitter, I update that more often.

The Indo Projects
Collected On Feb 9, 2010I’ve had the absolute pleasure to be able to hang out with some of these gals, and let me tell you, they are awesome. Linsey Burritt is one rad girl. I got to check out this install build a little bit, and the outcome is pretty fantastic. Linsey and Crystal are doing good things, and you should know about it. Building installs for great causes is heartfelt and dedicated. If your in Chicago, be sure to check their site for updates to see these installs live!
And you thought your iPhone photographs are cool
Collected On Feb 4, 2010Nick Maggio takes some seriously awesome photographs with his iPhone. I have to admit, I have attempted to take some photographs with my iPhone, but haven’t had nearly the results like these. Maybe that goes to show that photography really isn’t about your tools, but about your surroundings. Love the palm tree’s and warm California feel. Can I be there now please? Thanks Nick Maggio for letting me day dream.
